Ingredients

• 1 pummelo, peeled and segmented

• 1 Cocktail Grapefruit, peeled and segmented

• 1 Cara Cara Orange, peeled and segmented

• 1 Uniq Fruit, peeled and segmented

• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

• 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

• Salt and pepper to taste
