1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 Sweet Sugar Mangos®, peeled and diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 ½ ounce package Dried Habanero Chiles, wiped clean
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons sugar
Salt and pepper
Heat oil in a small saucepan, add mangos, onions, and habanero chile.
Cook on medium heat until onions are soft and translucent.
Add lemon juice, ketchup, and sugar, stirring until mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool. Blend in blender until a smooth consistency.
Season with salt and pepper.
