Ingredients

3 cups Veggi Chicken Strips

2 cups Organic Romaine Lettuce, chopped

2 cups Napa Cabbage, shredded

1/2 cup Fire Roasted Sweet Red Bell Peppers, drained and diced

1/4 cup Organic Carrots, shredded

2 Organic Green Onions, cut in half lengthwise 1 inch pieces

1/2 package Won Ton Wrappers, cut into strips and fried

1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted

1/3 cup Roasted Salted Soy Nuts

Ginger Sesame Dressing, use your favorite brand
Directions
In a mixing bowl toss together all ingredients except the wonton strips and soy nuts. Divide the salad onto 2 plates or salad bowls. Arrange wonton strips, and soy nuts evenly over the top of salad.
