1/2 small Cabbage
1/2 Asian Pear, cut julienne style into small match-like sticks (can also use Korean Pear)
1 bunch Radishes, cut julienne style
1 cup mayonnaise
2 limes, juiced
Shred on head of Cabbage into ribbons.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve as a side of sandwich topping.
