Ingredients

4 cups Organic Cabbage, thinly sliced

1 cup Organic Carrots, shredded

1 cup Pineapple Chunks

1 Meyer Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 Organic Orange juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Dressing
Directions
Place cabbage, carrots and pineapple into a large bowl.
Mix the dressing by whisking all the ingredients together until creamy, or by drizzling the oil into the juices while in a blender.
Thoroughly combine the dressing and the vegetables.
Chill before serving.
