Great for lunch or a light dinner!
4 each Tortillas
2 cups Spinach, packed, washed and spun dry
2 cups Tomato, diced
8-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
1 each Organic Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup Sprouts
12 pieces Bacon, crispy
Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas.
Arrange spinach leaves in center of the tortillas.
Top with the crumbled bacon, tomatoes, avocado and sprouts.
Roll the tortilla like a burrito folding in the corners.
Slice and serve.
