1 package Crepes
1 pint Organic Strawberries sliced
5 Kiwi peeled and sliced
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
In a Kitchen Aid or with a hand mixer, whip the cream to medium peaks.
Add the sugar and the vanilla and whip to stiff peaks.
Gently fold in the berries and kiwi, place in the center of a crepe and roll up. Repeat for the remaining crepes.
I like to garnish with more fruit and a dollop of whipped cream!
