Ingredients

1 Tamale Kit

1 organic pineapple, crushed in a food processor and juice reserved

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tablespoon salt

3 ounces Dried Coconut Chips, processed into bits

3 ounces Macadamia Nuts, toasted and processed into bits
Directions
Measure pineapple juice to 2 cups and mix with masa. Add remaining ingredients to masa, mix well. Follow directions on tamale kit package for filling corn husks and steam for 35 - 45 minutes.
Serve two dessert size tamales along with your favorite Melissa's Dessert Sauces for a tasty treat.
