These Chocolate-Dipped Walnut Stuffed Medjool Dates combine naturally sweet Medjool dates, crunchy walnuts, and rich Belgian dark chocolate for an easy yet elegant dessert. Finished with flaky sea salt, they're perfect for charcuterie boards, holiday treats, gifting, or everyday indulgence.
12 Melissa's Organic Medjool Dates
12 walnut halves
Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Warm caramel sauce, for serving (optional)
Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
Stuff each date with one walnut half and gently press closed.
Place the Melissa's Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
Dip the top half of each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
Arrange the dates on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
Immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
If desired, drizzle with warm caramel sauce just before serving.
