1 (13 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1 pound Pixie Tangerines - peeled; cut into bite size pieces
1 pound Fresh Strawberries - hulled; chopped
1 pound Fresh Apricots - pit removed; chopped
2 cups Grapes - halved
2 tablespoons Melissa’s Dried Coconut Chips
1 (7 oz.) container Melissa’s Coconut Clean Snax®
In a blender, add the condensed milk and the next 3 ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy and set aside.
In a large bowl, gently combine the tangerines and the next 3 ingredients. Gently mix in the cream cheese mixture.
In a dry sauté pan, toast the coconut until it just starts to turn light brown. Remove from the pan and crush. Crush the Clean Snax®.
To plate, spoon some of the fruit into a bowl and top with a sprinkle of the coconut and Clean Snax®.
