1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup Nutella
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Melissa’s Honeycrisp™ Apple - cored; cut into matchsticks
4 Melissa’s French Style Crepes
Place a non-stick sauté pan on the stove over high flame. Add the pistachios and toast them for 3 minutes, agitating them constantly. Remove them from the pan and chop fine.
In a bowl, mix together the Nutella and the cinnamon. Spread equal amounts of the mixture all over the 4 crepes. Sprinkle them with the pistachios and add the apple sticks. Roll them up into a cone shape and enjoy.
