12 1/3 ounces organic tofu
1 cup soy milk
2 cups organic strawberries, trimmed, washed and cut in half
1 cup ice cubes
Honey or Organic Agave Nectar to taste
Sprig mint leaves for garnish
Place first 5 ingredients in a blender. Puree till smooth.
Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with mint leaves or a fresh strawberry.
