3/4 cup organic mango, cut into chunks and frozen
1/2 cup organic bananas, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup organic cantaloupe, diced
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt light, low-fat or nonfat desired
1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup granola low fat, add more if desired
A few hours before wanting to make the smoothie, freeze mango chunks and banana slices or always keep some in the freezer.
Place all of the ingredients (except granola) in a food processor or blender, first breaking up the frozen fruit if frozen together, and pulse or purée until thick and smooth.
Spoon into a bowl or glass, sprinkle granola over the top and add a chunk of fresh fruit. Enjoy with a spoon!
