8 cups Boiling Water
8 Green Tea Bags
1 (2-inch) piece Melissa’s Fresh Ginger - rough chopped
6 ripe Melissa’s Passion Fruit
2 tablespoons Melissa’s Organic Blue Weber Agave Syrup
Add the tea bags and the ginger to the boiling water and steep for 2-3 minutes or to the strength that you desire. Remove the tea bags.
Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh into the tea. Give it a good stir to combine everything.
Strain the tea into a pitcher, pressing the passion fruit seeds and pulp to get all of the juice. Stir in the agave.
Fill 6 glasses with ice cubes, pour in the tea and serve.
