Antipasti on a skewer!
1/2 Melissa’s Golden Honeydew Melon or other Honeydew Melon, cut into 1-inch cubes
16 slices hard salami, thinly sliced
8 cubes Mozzarella cheese
8 leaves Melissa’s fresh basil
8 skewers - 6" length
1/2 cup balsamic reduction
Thread a piece of melon onto a skewer, followed by 2 pieces of salami, 1 cheese cube and a basil leaf.
Repeat for the remaining skewers. Finish by drizzling them with the balsamic reduction.
