Room temperature Goat Cheese
Your Nut Butter of choice
Chopped Pistachios
Cocoa Nibs
Use a knife to make a lengthwise slit into the dates, then remove the pits.
Use a small spoon to fill them with goat cheese or nut butter.
Top the goat cheese-stuffed dates with chopped pistachio. Top the nut butter-stuffed dates with cocoa nibs.
