Ingredients

1 container black beans (cooked according to package) drain and reserve liquid

1 bag Fiesta Cheese

1 head Organic Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
-
3 organic tomatoes, chopped
-
1 bag tortilla chips
-
15 bunches cilantro
-
20 Jalapeno Chiles, seeded
-
1/4 cup lemon juice
-
8 cups mayonnaise
-
4 cups sour cream
-
Salt to taste
Roasted Garlic and Cilantro Dressing
Directions
While still warm, mash beans with as much liquid as needed to keep them slightly loose.
Layer in a casserole dish, beans, cheese, and lettuce.
Ladle dressing to cover and sprinkle entire top with tomatoes. Serve with chips.
Roasted Garlic and Cilantro Dressing
Blend all ingredients in food processor and season to taste.
