Perfectly sized 4-inch mini pizzas made from a Boboli shell, topped with a zesty pasta sauce, a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, colorful diced bell peppers, sweet baby pineapple, black olives, and a sprinkle of Parmesan — baked until melty and delicious.
Ingredients

1 (12 inches) Boboli Pizza Shell, ready to eat

6 ounces of your favorite pasta sauce

⅛ teaspoon chili pepper flake

1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded

2 Organic Bell Peppers, diced small
-
1 Melissa's South African Baby Pineapple, peeled, diced small

2 cans black olives, sliced
-
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In the order of the listed ingredients, build your pizza.
After the last ingredient is placed on the pizza, using a 4-inch ring cutter, cut 7 individual pizzas. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.

You can add or replace any of the ingredients with your favorite toppings.
