Sweet Korean melon meets creamy mozzarella, spicy Hatch seasoning, fresh basil, and savory prosciutto in this elegant Mediterranean-style appetizer. Perfect for summer entertaining!
1 Melissa’s Korean Melon, peeled, seeded, halved lengthwise & cut into 1-inch slices
½ pound log mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1 tablespoon Melissa’s Hatch Pepper Seasoning
12-14 fresh basil leaves
12-14 slices proscuitto
Place a slice of cheese on a slice of the melon and sprinkle with the Hatch Pepper Seasoning.
Add a basil leaf and wrap with a piece of Proscuitto.
Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
