A tropical appetizer bursting with sweet, juicy mango and papaya, brightened with fresh Key lime juice and a sprinkle of zesty pico de gallo seasoning. Refreshingly simple and easy to prepare, this dish is perfect for those who love a little kick with their fruit!
2 mangos, peeled, pit removed and sliced thick
2 papayas, peeled and sliced
1 Key lime
Pico de Gallo Seasoning to taste
Place the mango and papaya in a medium size bowl.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice over the fruit.
Gently toss being careful not to break up the fruit.
Place on a serving platter, sprinkle with pico de gallo and serve.
You can control the spiciness by how much pico de gallo you use.
