Sweet, smoky grilled nectarines pair beautifully with creamy Burrata and savory prosciutto in this vibrant appetizer. Serve as a light summer starter, a shareable brunch item, or cut into small bites for an elegant party platter. A drizzle of jalapeño hot honey and fresh basil take it over the top.
2 ripe nectarines, sliced
4 slices sourdough bread
8 slices prosciutto
1 ball Burrata cheese
Olive oil
Jalapeño hot honey
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush nectarines with oil and grill 2–3 minutes per side.
Brush sourdough with oil and grill until toasted.
Tear Burrata over toast. Top with prosciutto and nectarines.
Drizzle with hot honey, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
