1 Melissa’s Korean Melon, peeled; seeded; halved lengthwise & cut into 1-inch slices
½ pound log Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin
1 tablespoon Melissa’s Hatch Pepper Seasoning
12-14 Fresh Basil Leaves
12-14 slices Proscuitto
Place a slice of cheese on a slice of the melon and sprinkle with the Hatch Pepper Seasoning.
Add a basil leaf and wrap with a piece of Proscuitto.
Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
