Summertime Green Lychee Spritzer

2 cups Granulated Sugar Cane or 11.6 oz Organic Blue Agave Syrup
4 cups Water
4 pounds Lychees juiced

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water.

Heat on high until the mixture just starts to boil. Remove from the burner and let cool completely.

Meanwhile, juice the lychees by squeezing them in your hands.

Combine the juice and the syrup and chill completely.

Serve over ice for a refreshing afternoon spritzer.

Makes 4 servings.
