Strawberry-Cherimoya Smoothie

1 ea. Cherimoya, ripe
14 ounces Organic Tofu (use Soft Tofu)
6 ounces Organic Strawberries puree
8 ounces Orange Juice
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 1/2 cups Ice Cubes small cubes

Remove skin and seeds from 1 Cherimoya (1 Cherimoya yields approximately 5 to 6 ounces of pulp).

Wash, trim and puree the strawberries.

Drain off excess liquid from Tofu.

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Puree until smooth.

Makes 4 servings.
