1/4 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 cup Roquefort Cheese -- crumbled
Melissa's New Mexico Hatch Peppers -- (or substitute Anaheim Pepper for mild heat) roasted; peeled; seeded; diced
Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
8 each Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls -- halved horizontally
Prepare a hot grill.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the dinner rolls, until well mixed.
Form the meat into 8 small patties.
Grill the patties on the hot bbq until desired doneness.
Serve on the dinner rolls with your favorite condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, relish, tomato, onion, etc...).
Makes 8 sliders.
Hawaiian sweet rolls are a great vessel for these petite burgers.
