1 each Seedless Lemon -- juiced
1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp -- about 6 passion fruit
2 Tablespoons Melissa's Organic Blue Agave Syrup
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth. Use as a salad dressing or marinade. Refrigerate when not using. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
A nice blend of sweet and tangy.
