Fruit Smoothie

Simple Syrup
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Water
1 1/2 cups Orange Juice Fresh
1 1/2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
3 South African Baby Pineapples peeled cubed and frozen
Simple Syrup to taste
3/4 cup Pineapple Sherbet


For the Simple Syrup Heat the sugar and water in a sauce pan to a boil.

Remove from the heat and let cool.

For the Smoothie

In an electric blender, mix all remaining ingredients until smooth.

Serve in ice cold glasses immediately.
