Dry Roasted Corn Salsa

3 ounces Roasted Sweet Corn reconstituted and drained thoroughly
2 Jalapeno Chile seeded and finely diced
2 medium Organic Tomatoes cored and diced
2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves finely chopped
1/2 cup Organic Limes juice freshly squeezed
2 cloves Organic Garlic minced
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste


Mix ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, to taste. Allow to sit for 1 hour before use.
