Turkey and Tomato Tea Sandwiches

8 slices Wheat Bread
1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
1/2 pound Smoked Turkey Breast thinly sliced
2 medium Heirloom Tomatoes sliced


Spread equal amounts of mayo over the bread slices. Place equal amounts of the turkey and the tomato slices on 4 pieces of the bread. Top each with the remaining bread slices.

Using a sharp knife, cut away the crust from each sandwich.


This is a perfect sandwich for your lunch box.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
