Thai Mixed Vegetables Stir-Fry

2 each Thai chiles, halved
1 cup Snow Peas
1 cup Baby Corn
1 cup Bok Choy (use Baby Bok Choy), chopped
2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
2 cloves Organic Garlic minced
1 tablespoon Ginger Root grated
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds


Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in wok on high heat, add peppers and chiles, sauté for 3 minutes, add remaining vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes more. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute longer. Garnish with sesame seeds.
