Ingredients
1 Mango, small dice
1 Pinkglow™ Pineapple, large dice
1 Serrano Chile, thinly sliced
1 Tbs Pink Peppercorn
½ c Lime Juice
½ C Melissa’s Agave

Directions
In a small saucepan, heat lime juice and agave syrup until simple syrup is homogenous.

Toss all ingredients with lime simple syrup.

Plate and enjoy!
