Soy Taco SoyRizo and Six Bean Chili


1 Package (12oz) Melissas Soy Taco
1 package (12oz) Melissas Soy Rizo
2 packages (8.8 oz) Melissas Six Bean Medley
2 cups whole peeled tomatoes blended
1/2 red onion (diced)
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 each jalapeno (minced) Optional
2 TB Melissa’s Costa Azul Hot Sauce
1 clove garlic (minced)
3 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup diced green onion for garnish
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice for garnish
Salt and Pepper

Vegan Option
Substitute Vegetable broth for Chicken Broth and remove cheese garnish.

In a saucepot heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, bell peppers, garlic and jalapeno until softened.

Add the blended tomato, soy taco, soyrizo, six bean medley, cilantro and chicken broth broth.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.

Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

Garnish with diced green onion and shredded cheese.

Yield: 2 quarts
