Grilled Red Corn Rounds

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper for seasoning


Peel the husks from the corn, wash the corn.
Cut the corn into rounds about 1 inch thick.
Drizzle the rounds with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
On a preheated grill, grill the rounds over medium heat until tender about 2 minutes on each side.
