Grilled Mango Kabobs

Grilled Mango Kabobs


3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Organic Oranges juice freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted
2 ripe Organic Mango peeled seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 large ripe Papaya peeled seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
3 firm ripe Bananas peeled and cut into 1 inch rounds
Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water for 20 minutes)
2 tablespoons Dried Coconut Chips


Mix together the brown sugar, orange juice and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Add the cubes of mango, papaya and bananas, tossing gently to coat thoroughly.

Thread onto skewers alternating the fruits.

Grill over medium hot barbeque (or hibachi) for approximately 4-5 minutes per side.

May also be done in grill pan or under broiler. Be sure to watch closely so as not to burn them.

Remove to plate and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
