Garlic Enoki Mushrooms

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 large Organic Garlic cloves crushed
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 pounds Enoki Mushrooms whole
3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Salt to your taste


Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add enoki mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes until golden.

Serve hot with steak and garnished with Parmesan cheese.
