Bhut Jolokia Salsa

Ingredients

3 Tomatoes, roasted
1 Melissa’s Bhut Jolokia Chile, stem and seeds removed; minced
¼ Onion, diced small
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mash to desired texture.

Makes 1¼ cups salsa.
