Cheese & Strawberry Smorrebrod

4 French-Style Bread or Firm White Bread thin slices
4 teaspoons Butter softened
1 package Cream Cheese cut in 4 slices
4 ring Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) crisp
8 large Organic Strawberries hulled halved


Spread 1 teaspoon butter on each slice of bread, covering completely.

Top each with a slice of cream cheese.

Spread the cheese to cover the entire piece of bread.

Top each with a green bell pepper ring and 4 strawberry halves.

If you are using white bread, remove the crusts.

Substitute Danish blue cheese for the cream cheese and seedless green grapes for the green bell pepper and strawberries.
