Baguette Toasts with Melissa's Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

1 Baguette Bread Slices 1 inch thick
2 ounces Goat Cheese
1/4 cup Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste


After slicing the baguette drizzle it with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the baguette slices onto a sheet pan, and toast in a 400°F oven until golden.

Let cool slightly, spread with sun dried tomato pesto, and top with goat cheese. Serve same day.
