1 1/2 pounds Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes (DYP's), halved
6 sprigs Thyme stems removed
6 sprigs Rosemary stems removed
Extra Virgin Olive Oil as needed
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Place the ingredients on a sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven until golden brown and fork tender, about 12-15 minutes.
This is a great side dish to go along with a hearty protein such as beef or pork roast.
