Melissa's Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients 

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1/2 Maui Onions diced small 
2 cloves Peeled Garlic minced 
1 12 ounce package Stir Fry Vegetables with Sno Peas 
Organic Grinders Garden herb with Sea Salt to taste 
Organic Grinders Rainbow Peppercorns to taste 

Directions 

Heat a wok over high heat. Add the oil and, when hot, add the onions. Stir fry until translucent. 

Next, add the garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 

Next, add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. 

Stir fry until heated through but still crisp. Serve immediately. 

Note: 

When serving, I like to add a bit of butter, some soy sauce and mix it through.
