3 cups Water
1 cup Gobo Root or fresh Burdock stems. Chopped (or 1/2 cup dried Burdock root)
1 whole Onion Chopped
5 whole organic garlic - clove Minced
1/2 cup Okra Fresh or frozen. Diced
1 teaspoon Turmeric
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, bring the water, burdock, onion, garlic and okra to a boil.
2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
3. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric.
