Easy Hatch Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 (18 oz.) package Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (such as Pillsbury)
2 fresh New Mexico Hatch Chile-- roasted, peeled, seeded and stems removed

In a bowl, break up the cookie dough. Chop the Hatch chiles and mix them into the cookie dough. Follow the cookie dough package directions to complete the cookies.


This is a great combination of sweet and spicy. Give it a try. It's easy to make and very tasty.
