The year-round program consists of individual .05 oz. units of Porcini, Chanterelle, Shiitake, Oyster, or Morel, as well as an assorted Mushroom Medley. Each 8-pack case converts to a retail-ready display.

Each mushroom variety offers a unique flavor opportunity for the discerning home chef; some of those flavors are rarely available in fresh form at retail grocers. To reconstitute, blanch in boiling water for 2-5 minutes or soak 30 minutes in lukewarm water, wine, or consommé. The packet, once reconstituted, is the equivalent of 2 ounces of fresh mushrooms that will add flavor and texture to sauces, meatless main dishes and stir-fries.
