Melissa’s Dried Red Tomatoes are dried with no added salt or sulfites, leaving just rich tomato taste! Try them in sauces, soups, salads, pasta, dressings, spreads, omelets and antipasto.
Melissa’s Dried Red Tomatoes are selected for excellent quality. These delicious dried tomatoes have an intense flavor and a wonderfully chewy texture.
Preparation: Rinse dried tomatoes thoroughly prior to using or rehydrating. If not using in a soup, sauce or stew, Dried Tomatoes should be rehydrated before use.
Rehydration Instructions: Place dried tomatoes in a bowl, add boiling water to cover, and rehydrate for about 10 minutes or until al dente. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to other dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place in their bag or an airtight container.
