Finger Limes
Our Price: $27.29
Cocktail Grapefruit are exceptionally sweet and juicy. They are a delicious cross between a Frua Mandarin and a Pummelo.
Unlike the tender juice sacs in most citrus, the greenish-white or pinkish sacs in finger limes are quite firm and pop on the tongue like caviar, releasing a flavor that combines lemon and lime with an aromatic hint of fresh herbs.
The fruit does have a few small, edible seeds and provides a pleasantly tart flavor that plays well off of the sweetness of its rind.
