Citrus Juice, Freezing

	Squeeze, and pour the fresh juice of your favorite citrus (Meyer Lemons, Key Limes, Blood Oranges, Volcano Oranges, etc...) into an ice cube tray, then cover with plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
	Freeze. Once juice cubes are frozen, remove from tray and store in a zip lock plastic bag until ready to use.

Cubes can be used to make lemonade, tea, lemon meringue pie, key lime pie, vodka tonic, margaritas or any recipe that calls for lemon or lime juice.
