This is a great idea for that family BBQ!
4 ears fresh sweet corn (remove husks and silks)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
3/4 cup real mayonnaise
Grated Parmesan cheese, as needed
Pico de Gallo Seasoning to taste
Preheat BBQ grill or grill pan.
Brush the corn cobs with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on the grill until uniformly browned. Remove from heat and brush each ear with mayo.
Sprinkle each cob liberally with cheese and season the Pico De Gallo. Serve and enjoy!
