4 Corn on the cob with husks intact
Butter to taste
Chile Powder to taste
Lime Zest to taste
Organic Lime cut into wedges
Salt to taste
Without removing husk or silk from corn, soak in water for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
While corn is soaking, mix softened butter with chile powder and lime zest. Drain corn and pull down husks carefully, remove silk but not the husk.
Coat corn with seasoned butter.
Put the husks back up covering the corn and tie with a thin piece of husk at the top.
Place on hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning ½ through cooking time.
Serve with additional butter lime wedges and salt.
