1½ teaspoon vegetable oil
½ cup onion, sliced
2 medium organic carrots, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 cup sno peas
1 tablespoon water
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 organic apple (use Gala or Golden Delicious Apple) cored and thinly sliced
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add onion, carrots, and basil; stir- fry for 3 minutes.
Add pea pods, water, and ginger; stir fry 2 minutes.
Add apple and cook 2 minutes longer. Serve hot.
