1½ teaspoon Vegetable Oil
½ cup Onion, sliced
2 medium Organic Carrots, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Dried Basil, crushed
1 cup Sno Peas
1 tablespoon Water
¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Organic Apple (use Gala or Golden Delicious Apple) cored and thinly sliced
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add onion, carrots, and basil; stir- fry for 3 minutes.
Add pea pods, water, and ginger; stir fry 2 minutes.
Add apple and cook 2 minutes longer. Serve hot.
