1 pound Gai Lan (Chinese broccoli)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 inch nub Ginger, crushed
2 tablespoons Oyster Flavored Sauce
Trim Chinese broccoli and leave whole.
Bring salt and ginger to a boil in a large pot of water. Add broccoli; cook until stalks are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
Remove, drain and arrange on a serving plate.
Drizzle oyster-flavored sauce over broccoli.
